  • 1 Swai Fish 
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Dasheen Sterm
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 200gr Bean Sprouts
  • 300gr Baby Okra
  • Garlic
  • Rice Paddy Herbs
  • Hombay Leaves 
  • Spices
  • Red Thai chili
  • Paste Tamarind
  • Fish Sauce

 

Directions

Clean swai fish and cut into pieces. 2 Peel and chop the pineapple into medium pieces or cut into pieces as desired.
3 Wash tomatoes, cut orange segments and remove seeds. 4 Washed rack. 5 Cut off the stem of the okra, wash it and cut it diagonally.
6 Clean the taro sterm, wash it and cut it diagonally.
7 Wash rice paddy herbs and hombay leaves.
8 Peel the garlic and mince it. 9 Take half of the garlic and fry it until golden. 10 Put the pot on the stove, add a little oil. Then add the remaining garlic and saute until fragrant. 11 Add a few tomato segments and stir-fry until just cooked. 12 Next add water and pineapple to cook. 13 When the water boils, put the swai fish into the pot. 14 When the fish is cooked, take it out and set aside. Add a little water to the tamarind, use a spoon to mash to get the juice and put it in the pot. 15 Add okra, taro sterm, bean sprouts & remaining tomatoes to the pot one at a time. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and seasoning powder to taste. 16 When the water boils, turn off the stove, add chopped rice paddy herbs and hombay leaves and fried garlic into the pot.
